unsubscribe

Please unscribe me from this group. Although it is informative. I receive to
much duplicatation and it takes up to much space as I don’t get online often
enough to read this.Why do so many repeat messages come through. This has been a
problem all along. I am postop 8 1/2 months. Your information would be helpful
if it wasn’t for this.

    Hello all I just wanted to say thanks for everything but I need to eliminate
    some of my emails so i need to unsubscribe, so could I please be taken off the
    mailing list.
