My Journy Begins

My journey offically starts today, I have a meeting with the cardioligst. I
also have a great support person in a friend that has had the surgery 6
months ago.

    Hi Leonard,
    Welcome to the journey…I hope that your experience is as positive as mine.
    I am only 1 month out and already the changes I have experienced are
    totally great. Hiking in the mountains with my son, walking 4 miles on the
    beach and this is only the beginning. Remember to do your walking before
    your surgery to get your heart and lungs ready and don’t let them give you
    regular jello in the hospital. Take care and good luck.
