		<description>I use Designer Whey protein powder with milk. skim milk has about 8g
protein and one scoop has 17.5 grams (about 25g total). I like the
vanilla, although I do not care much for shakes. some health food
stores also sell protein bars (Pimican)that do not contain that
imitation chocolate (which I also do nto like), but are sometimes
high in calories Hope it helps!
