like you want to hear all this whining..but here goes

Hello All, Another update from ME~ Today started out great! I was taking the
kids and running errands and I planned on taking them to the Piglet Big Movie..(
I hate Winnie the Pooh….so this is truly a treat for my kids!) I got my
samples from Vitalady..(Thanks by the way!) But I was sad to see that they are
POWDER!!! and not premixed..which is what I thought I was ordering..I am scared
of not mixing it right and really screwing it up!( I must of missed the part I
was suppose to read that said it was a powder form…oh well..) Not the end of
the world right Then the phone rings!…Its the sleep study clinic on the other
line..they tell me I have to have a CPAP machine and they are going to order one
for me today..and the agreement my doctor has with the pulminologist)(sp?>) wont
work for me..they no longer take BCBS period..They weren’t getting paid enough!!
(stingy ba) Anyhooo..this all came as a big surprise to me..because when i left
the sleep lab the tech told me I WOULDNT NEED ONE!!! I hope this is not a scam!
I hated that dang machine ..but the sleep clinic secretary told me that " Ma’m
the doctor who read your test said you had SEVERE sleep apnea in the REM stage

and this is critical that you wear this device..before and after your surgery"
…UGGGGGGGGGGGGGI’m so depressed..that when I took my kids to the movie..I ate
a box of DOTS~~ but I washed them down with a diet dr.pepper Anyone else on here
wearing one of this fancy contraptions>?> Thanks for listening~ Erin ..still
wishing I had saw SUGAR FREE MINITURES WHILE I WAS AT WALMART TODAY>>>I was very
tempted by the Peeps..they come in such cool colors..and I dont know who said
they like em stale..but oooooooooo thats my favorite way toooooo~

Excuse me, but I’d be very careful about letting anyone who isn’t on your
plan order you a CPAP. Lots of people can order a CPAP - medical supply
houses can. Here we just have places who do sleep studies. And then, we
order our CPAPs through medical supply houses. Call your doctor or
pulmonolgist and explain what is going on. A CPAP machine can cost upwards
of 12-1500 bucks, unless you can get it on insurance.

Mix vitalady’s samples with 4-6 oz of water, and maybe an ice cube or two.
You can either blend or depending on the kind of sample, shake. I shake all
mine. Sometimes they end up with lumps (proscore 100 choc, 5+1 banana cream
pie), but those are definitely good tasting lumps <G>. I usually use 6 oz of
water. You can mix to taste. They must be drunk within an hour, and
prefereably within 30 minutes of mixing, because they don’t hold their
    potency. No preservatives, either.

I have ordered some sample protein mixes from vitalady, i dont know if i just
got the wrong ones, but they tasted awful.. i even tried blending them in my
mixer with ice to make it kinda slushy… they have this strong tasting flavor
to them that i dont care for… at first i thought it was only the first one, so
i decided next day to try another flavor, it had the same taste to it… i dont
know how to explain it… but its something i cant hack.. my hubby didnt think
they tasted too bad, but i didnt like them at all… any suggestions?

OK, if you like the fruit flavors, you should try the new Nectars. The Apple
tastes tart, like a Jolly Rancher apple. Cherry is also somewhat vivid. I
liked the Caribbean Cooler the best - sort of a pineapple coconut. I didn’t
    like the ones you tried.
    If you like Chocolate,
The best that I have found were Champion Proscore 100 Chocolate and Champion
Pure Whey Stack chocolate. These are actually my favorites and I tend to mix
the two, half and half. For a special treat, I’ll blend up a teaspoon of
    peanutbutter in the drink.
The Pure Whey Stack Strawberry is good, has little strawberry seeds in it.
The Pure Whey Stack Vanilla is ok. Slight banana taste, but I’m in the
process of taking it with my
5+1 Banana Cream Pie, which really does taste like banana pudding (the kind
we have in the south with vanilla wafers and pudding.
I’d get samples, mix with 6 oz of water and then taste to see if you want a

little more water mixed in. The PS100 and Banana cream pie tend to need
mixers or blenders (however, I like the taste of the unblended chunks so
much that when I make them, I just shake them and the chunks remind me of
bits of banana or of bits of brownies.
I also like to make a drink of half 5+1 Banana Cream Pie and half Pure Whey
    Stack chocolate.

they were sample size thank goodness. but i ordered pina colada, chocolate
