Need to talk to someone please
I just join this group in hopes to talk to someone who can tell me
everything I need to know about having Bariatric Surgery. What are
the pros and cons? I go August 1 for my first doctor consultation.
I’m 108lbs overweight. I would like to talk to someone who in the
Oklahoma area. If not anyone will do. I just need to make sure this
is the right thing for me to do. Surgery is such a risky thing to do
no matter what kind of surgery it is.

Ruby, i had surgery July 1st and I am so glad i did. It’s tough at first but its
well worth it. It kindof sucks when my kids and husband are eating good stuff
but the urge will eventually go away. i’m 3 weeks post op and lost 20 pounds so
far. I would like to lose 125 pounds. if you have seriously tried every diet
there is and it has not worked then i think you should seriously consider the
surgery. I am in Iowa not Oklahoma but if you want to talk or have questions let

Hi Sherry, Glad to hear from another young kid on the Block. Im 3 weeks post
and so far i lost 26 lbs. The group is great if there is a problem or something
you just need to talk about so to speak they are the group to ask. hope to see
you soon whatch for the next party posting they are great. Lois
