Im 3 weeks post and so far i lost 26 lbs. It's tough at first but its well worth it. It kindof sucks when my kids and husband are eating good stuff but the urge will eventually go away. i'm 3 weeks post op and lost 20 pounds so far. I would like to lose 125 pounds. if you have seriously tried every diet there is and it has not worked then i think you should seriously consider the surgery.
