WV will not, even though all the states that boarder this one does. Now I live in the state of VA. Here a disabled person has to have won their disability claim before Medicaid is issued. At this time I am 2 turn downs and waiting to go before the Administrative Law Judge. Still fighting. Yvonne Will medicaid,pay for this? My sister has this I ask her to check into this? I want to talk to someone who has had it and know exactly what I am getting into. I had a knee replacement and I regret it as all I did was trade one set of problems for another. AND, yes, I am willing to give those things up. I am working on me now about that and I am doing well. I just want to talk with someone who has it. So, they can tell me the pros and cons of it. I have a new appreciation for food - good food, made well. I'm glad I'm not alone. I went through a mourning period too, and sometimes I miss eating whatever I want without thinking about it. But, then I just look in the mirror and realize how much happier I am now that I've lost over half the weight I wanted to lose. Not to mention, I'm rarely hungy anymore - I usually have to remind myself to eat. A miracle for me, who used to think about food 24-7.
