Obesity surgery

I take lquid cal-mag and I do not know whether it is carbonate or
citrate.. or maybe it is neither..??
the bottle says
calcium (tricalcium phosphate, calcium gluconate)elemental 600mg
magnesium 250 mg
phophorous 300mg
D3 200iu
I am just wondering if this is a well absorbed calcium..??
any Idea’s???
