GAINED 3 pounds HELP !!!!!!!

hey everyone i am 3 weeks out this thursday and i went to the doc today and i
had gained 3 pounds.. help anyone have this happend to them .. i am still down
19 but up 3 from my last vist … anyone HELPPPPP ..
i am so upset i don’t know what to do..

    Hi, kerri, what is different? Where are you in your menstrual cycle? What are
    you eating? drinking? Have you changed any meds?
