		<description>Good deal! That should help. When you're there, talk to the docs about the
pain in your legs, UNLESS they start to swell. If they start to swell, get
thyself to the ER &#60;G&#62;. Better safe than sorry.

		<description>Hmmmm. Answers below:

&#62; OK. first of all do I count the day of surgery as a postop day?
&#62; Surgery was Tuesday morning so am I 4 days post of or 3?? LOL

To me, the day after the operation would be the first day post-op. I'm not
sure how others might call it.

Since you probably can't do very much at a time it doesn't surprise me that
you would experience a little hunger. But we also have head hunger, where we
think we should be hungry, until we learn the feelings of fullness in our
pouch. On liquids, stuff pretty much goes right through, except our pouch is a
bit swollen, so we can't do much at one time.

The discomfort from the jp drain will go away, assuming that you don't have an
&lt;!--more--&gt;
infection. Did the doc give you any idea of when he would be pulling it? Mine
was pulled (I was a lap proxi) just before I left the hospital.

Don't know, but if you find your legs swelling, call your doc immediately,
because this could be blood clots.
