Meeting
The second on line support meeting will be held on Tuesday, November
25, 2003 at 9:30 pm. Future on line meetings are to be he held on
the last week of every month unless notified.. Live meeting are held
the second Wednesday of each month in Starbucks in Bayside. Notices
and reminders will be electronically posted. Please advise me if you
are planning to attend this meeting.
We are fortunate that the group is composed of several veterans of
wls as well as many caring individuals. The experience of the group
varies from people researching surgery to a member that has had the
surgery 19 years ago. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss in
an orderly fashion the questions that post-ops and pre-ops have.
Remember if you have specific medical questions you should ask your
surgeon. The group has no affiliation with any health care
professionals. The purpose of this group is to share experiences and
to assist those looking for information about weight loss surgery.
I hope that this meeting and our group will continue to meet your
needs. Recommendations or comments are appreciated and will be
considered for the group. Feedback is needed to make sure that the
group is serving the members needs. I am looking forward to chatting
with everyone on line.
