vitalady.com…suggestions

ok. I know this question has been asked a million times…once or twice by
me…but now that I am actually ready to order I cant remember anything you guys
and gals suggested…SOOO could you all please tell me what your favorite
protein shake is from vitalady..im ordering some samples…also how do you mix
them…..THANKS!!!
