Exercise Bands

Wanting to add something more to walking to my daily exercise but can not
make it to the gym yet. I have heard someone talk about bands…can someone
please recommend a good one to use and where I can get them..

Also, for now i have some hand held weights…anyone know where i can find
some exercises I can do with them??

    Resistance bands can be bought anywhere. I’ve seen them at wal-mart. But
    you can buy them online too. (amazon, drugstore.com, wal-mart.com, etc.)
