		<description>Glad to have you back. Missed your comments.. Would love to hear more about
this plastic surgery when you are up to it... What was the cost of recovery and
surgery... Was there much pain etc... good luck and congrats.

Costa Rica was lovely, the plastic surgeons were just wonderful. I
can't say enough good about the recovery ranch I was at - Chetica, but
I can say that the weather was out of whack. The rainey season was
supposed to be over mid-end November, and it was still going strong,
along with the windy season - so it was like being in hurricane winds
with intermittant rains. Gorgeous if you weren't already cold from
surgery and the weight loss over the last few years.
