One really wonderful recipe is to take cauliflower and boil or microwave it
until it’s soft, mash it up with a little cheese, salt/pepper, yoghurt, and it
becomes like mashed potatos. I always like my refried beans with a little
    melted cheese on it.

My advice is go slow. Your stomach is still in recovery stage.
Part of a soft boiled egg and some cottage cheese will work well. I
make a clock out of my plate a little of everything spread around
the plate like numbers on a clock. I never finish whats on the
plate but it me some variety.
A big part of WLS is rethinking food. You will never go back to old
ways. Your new life will more than satisfy you food needs. Going
out to dinner and ordering a child’s plate is cool. Also watching
my 8 year old eat more than me is also a kick. Enjoy the new and
    don’t weep over the old.
