advice
Monday, October 16th, 2006ok…I have been walking most of my 7 weeks post but I am bored with it so
for the last 4 or 5 days I have been riding the exercise bike. I was walking 2-3
miles a day and I am now riding the bike 4-5 miles a day. I want to soon be
doing both but I am not able to do that yet. My question is until then which is
better to do..Just walking or the bike? I was thinking the bike would work
some of my problem areas better..Like my wings (flabby underarm), lower stomach,
legs and butt…
