curves for women
Anyone a member of curves? I was wondering how you like it. How much does it
cost? How often do you work out and for how long? Thanks
Crystal

I have several internet friends who love it. They’re done in 30
minutes, they see results, they pay monthly (maybe $35?, I can’t
remember). The closest one to me is about 25 miles, so I don’t do
it, what with work and all.

Hello Crystal:
My name is Kitty from Rochester, NY. I am a member of Curves and I love it. It
is located less than 2 blocks from my home. The staff is great and the
atmosphere is very welcoming. It cost me $29 a month. I work out at least 3
times a week. The Curves program is 30 minutes.
Any more questions you need asked let me know.

I go to curves 3 times a week and have been going for about a month. It is a
lot of fun and I can get my exercise in before work. I go at 7:30am. I will be
getting weighed and measured in a week. Can’t wait to see the results. I am
feeling a lot stronger and energetic and my weight is falling off faster. I
want to find another form of exercise to complement the "Curves" I am looking
for a stretching class, maybe I will find one at the community center.
