I was taking bariatric advantage supplements before but I am looking for
something a little cheaper…I am looking for

Calcium and B12

    The cheapest b-12 I’ve seen is the sublingual from SolarRay. It’s 2000 mcgs,
    and I cut them in half, and since I’m proximal, really need to take a half
    only every other day (also, I do absorb from the sublinguals).
