The next meeting of the Queens Metro Surgical Weight Loss Support
Group will be held on Monday July 12, 2004. The meeting will begin
at 7:15pm and we meet at

The main topic of discussion for this meeting will be exercise and
commitment. At our meeting we will have our second speaker. Paula
Nahoum is a Certified Personal Trainer that has had gastric bypass
surgery. Paula had her surgery three years ago and has maintained
her weight loss of 140 pounds (way to go). We are fortunate to have
Paula speak at our meetings since she has a very hectic schedule. I
have had a brief conversation with Paula, and I can literally feel
her enthusiasm when she speaks about her journey. I am looking to
hear Paula speak to our group.
