<description>Thanks, everyone! Just ordered a supply from Bariatric Advantage. Found myself
a better calcium option too. If you haven't been to the site, check it out at
www.bariatricadvantage.com

<description>I buy the carbonyl iron from www.vitalady.com
It's chewable, too, and not very expensive, as I recall. I take it with a
chewable vit c. (you need to take iron w/vit c, and separate it by at least
an hour from grains, dairy, etc.) Calcium will block the receptors on the
cells, so you won't absorb the iron, as I understand it, that's why we take
it alone.

<description>I take a flavored chewable iron tablet once a day from Bariatric Advantage. Buy
it on line. I like their B12, calcium (cinimon) and iron. Did not like their
multivitamin.

Can anyone suggest a good iron supplement. I take Centurm Chewable
multi-vitamins, liquid calcium and liquid b-complex, but am lacking in the iron
department and would hate to become anemic or something.

Thanks,

		<description>Hi Jen,

I take a chewable Iron supplement from Bariatric Advantage (strawberry
flavor). You can order from their website, they have several products
geared toward weight loss surgery patients (I have no affiliation with
Bariatric Advantage, I just like their products).
