good eating
I had a bowel movement 2 days after my surgery, I had the gastric
bypass, and usually they tell you to only eat full liquids before the
surgery, so I didn’t have much in me to begin with. But it was the
day I was leaving the hospital I had a bowel movement, which was the
2nd day. I prefer the gastric bypass over the lap band. I know that
there are not more complications with the band, but I would rather be
this way for the rest of my life. Because this is the way it should
be and not being addicted to food, or not being able to just lose the
weight by just dieting….it’s not a diet, it’s the way of life now,
and I have never felt so good in my whole life, I can do whatever I
want to know, even though I’m down 57 pounds 10 weeks post op. Now,
I can go to the gym which I have been for the past few weeks, I go 3x
a week, and feel wonderful. If there are any questions out there
that I may be able to help with, just let me know. "a smaller me"

Thanx Amanda,
The exercise is what I will have to get use to again. It’s been at least 20
years since I worked out. I want to purchase one of Tony Little’s machines
but fear that I won’t use it. Let me rethink that. Determination is what
will get me through this so to Walmart I will go and make my purchase.
