		<description>Amanda, people do revisions for many different reasons. Usually it's because
of a mechanical failure - but sometimes it's because the type of surgery
that their surgeon did is not the kind of surgery that they needed - and
sometimes you don't know that until you get there. Everyone is different,
and we all have different needs.

My prayers and thoughts are with you. I don't understand why you
are still goin through with the surgery if you're only 171, that's
wonderful, heck I'm 265 and I think I'm doin great. Of course that
is down from 325. I was just wondering does people still have the
surgery even when they're that small? I mean you would only have to
&lt;!--more--&gt;
lose like 50 or less pounds to be at your idea weight. I'm not
putting you down, I just wasn't sure why? But everything will work
out, I just don't think it's necessary for you, I'm sure you look
wonderful...and of course it may not be the looks, but the way you
feel. I know I feel so much better. God bless you and good luck
hun, Amanda
