New Year!!!
Tuesday, April 3rd, 2007Happy New Year!!! Does anyone have any resolutions to share?
Well like most overweight people mine is usually a diet, lose weight,
exercise more etc. This year my goal is to journal my food intake.
I tend to eat less when I have to write it down so that is the way I
am going!!!
