		<description>Hi Lynn and everyone.

I trust Yvette completely and know she's very good at what she does... the
timing just seems too close for comfort. I've made so many arrangements at
work to cover for my 3 week outage... not to mention family members are
traveling/taking off of work to be with me. A back-up plan isn't in place
if Blue Cross denies the surgery (other than just canceling), so I'm just
feeling antsy. I can't really afford to self-pay, so I'm nervous about
signing on for a big chunk of debt.

Anyway, thanks for listening!

		<description>Hi Bernadette,
My surgery with Dr Foster is scheduled for Dec 5, when I asked Yvette
about insurance approval, she told me not to worry, it would be easy. I
have Health Net. So I am not sure if I am suppose to do anything or not.
I guess she knows what she is doing.. good luck

<description>My approval from Blue Cross came back fast. Don't stress. Just check to see if
Yvette has all the paperwork she needs from you then leave it in her capable
hands.

Jen

Hi everyone! I'm also a lap RNY patient of Dr. Foster's. My surgery date
is December 14th at El Camino Hospital in Mountain View. With a little
more than a month left to go before my surgery, I'm starting to get
nervous because Yvette hasn't submitted my paperwork for insurance
approval to Blue Cross yet. Do you think this is a valid concern or is
this the normal timing for insurance approval?

Thanks for any insight you can lend!

<description>I had blue cross and the surgery with Dr Foster in 2004 and there was no
insurance problem. All I paid was the copay for initial hospital inpatient stay
which was 500
