Hello, everyone! Hope you're all doing well and looking forward to a
wonderful holiday season!

After much anticipation and anxiety on my part, I had my lap band
surgery yesterday morning just before noon. I was released to come
home yesterday evening, and I'm feeling better and better after each
nap I wake up from. (Can't fight the pain meds from making me sleepy!)

The most difficult part so far has been waiting on that darn gas
bubble to work itself out of my body. I've been too sore and groggy to
walk very much, so I've just kinda waited it out. And by golly, I
<!--more-->
think I've finally won the battle between me and the bubble!

I wanted to get other members' suggestions concerning liquid diet
drinks and mixes. Of course I've got a list of the ones that are good
for me: Boost, ReSource, Carnation Instant Breakfast, Ross Enlive.
What I want to know are which ones actually taste halfway decent?
Let's face it, these drinks aren't cheap, and even though I can't
drink much of them, I don't want to waste my money on stuff that sucks!

I appreciate any suggestions from group members.
