one year aniversary!
Just thought I would shout out that I made it to one year! 123 pounds lost and
feeling pretty darn pleased with myself. I have learned so much, have so much
more to learn. Its been one heck of a journey. My goal was to wear a size 14 or
large and I have gotten to that with some to spare. Where ever I land will be ok
with me, I just wanted to be healthy and more normal looking. I am able to be
active and have so much less pain.

Now that you’re a year out, I strongly recommend you join the
"graduate-ossg" list. You can join at any time, but can only post after
you’re one year out. It’ll give you a good set of contacts with people who
have been walking this journey for 1-20 years.
