<description>Check out www.beyondchange-obesity.com Lot of sample articles, some
written by bariatric surgeons and can possibly either answer or help in
your research

<description>First off how much do you have to lose? Have you done your
investgation on both? Only you can decide what right for you and what
works for one does not mean it will work for another sometimes. You
have to be really ready. Lap band is not perment but RNY is. I had
RNY because of my medical problems and my starting weight was 466.9
and now I am at 269.4 in 10 months.
I will tell you do not let anybody decide for you what right for you
this is a life long change on both surgerys.
I hope this helps.
I would do my RNY again because how I doing and feeling.
please keep in touch

		<description>Hi,
I had RNY on Jan 25th and have lost 67lbs. I have another 20+ to go, best
decision I have ever made. My sisters had the lapband and they have to go for
fills. You have to follow the drs instructions in order for either surgeries to
be successful, this is not a miracle, just a tool. I researched for 4 years and
glad I did. I have to get a B12 shot once a month, but other than that I have
been doing well.
