lupas and WLS

I am seeking information on weight loss surgery and it’s effects on
Lupas or connective tissue disorder.

I you have one of these diseases and have had WLS , especially the lap-
band, would you share any and all information and/or all experiences
with me.

I have a friend who is considering the lap band and has been diagnosed
with connective tissue disorder and is needing to gather information
in order to make an informed discision.

    my mom has lupas and she had the gastric bypass and she has done great. she had
    it 3 years ago and it has helped her a lot. She is able to walk more and get off
    a lot of her pills she is on. not sure if this is helpful,
