Questions need anserwing
Hi,
Can someone explain what happens in plain terms when fluid starts to
leek out of the skin when there are no open sores.
The lasics are not working anymore. There seems to be fluid every
where else but in her lungs the doctors can’t explain it. They keep
saying any time now but she keeps holding on. Do you think she is
holding out for me? She knows I don’t have any othe r place to go I
keep trying to find a place but with so much uncertantiy I just don’t
know what to do. I don’t really want to be paying for an appartment
when I am not living in it. But I can’t bear to leave her alone i
don’t want her to think I abandated her.

Hi, Shelly - I wish I knew what to say to you. Your friend is with
Hospice, isn’t she? What do the hospice nurses say? They are much more
likely to have seen these kinds of things than we are. I’m so sorry you
have to go through this - As to why someone holds onto life - gee,
that’s so individual.
